Artificialflowers works effortlessly to make sure your orders reach you safely and quickly. Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). Our Local deliveries are carried by third-party delivery companies USPS who ensure the best service possible. Shipment Processing Time

The delivery is available in all regions of the United States.

It usually takes 1-2 days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and 2-4 working days (Mon - Fri) to deliver the order to your door.

Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email at sales@artificialflowers.com and provide your name, order number, and date of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2 to 4 business days for the United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status; we're happy to help.

Damages

My Website Artificialflowers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: 

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship it anytime we have available immediately when we have them available. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. But Just contact us within 5 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please Note: There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% for all products. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
