Shipment Processing Time

The delivery is available in all regions of the United States.

It usually takes 1-2 days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and 2-4 working days (Mon - Fri) to deliver the order to your door.

Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2 to 4 business days for the United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status; we're happy to help.

Damages

My Website Artificialflowers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: 

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship it anytime we have available immediately when we have them available. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
