Shipment Processing Time

The delivery is available in all regions of the United States.

It usually takes 1-2 days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and 2-4 working days (Mon - Fri) to deliver the order to your door.

Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email at sales@artificialflowers.com and provide your name, order number, and date of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also reach out to our customer support team at  sales@artificialflowers.com to ask questions. 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2 to 4 business days for the United States. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status; we're happy to help.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

My Website Artificialflowers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

My Website Artificialflowers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: 

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship it anytime we have available immediately when we have them available. So, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
